To all of Jacob's family:

i want to express my deepest sympathy on Jacob's passing. He was a wonderful amazing young man who will be missed by many in this town. It was a great pleasure to know him and be around him. Found memories of trap and North Side and his polite manner. He always had a smile and ready to live life to the fullest. I will greatly miss him.
