My mother, Hilda (Hack) Fletcher and Herbs adoptive mother, Cora were sisters. I was a lot younger then Herb, but I have wonderful memories of going to Uncle Emmetts and Aunt Cora's. My sister, Minnie(Fletcher) Gallaher had notified me of Herb's passing. I am sorry he suffered with alzheimers as did my mother. You have my condolences.
Your cousin.
