Dear Julia, Lonnie, Lora, and family. Betty was like a second mother to me. Walter and I always enjoyed visiting with your parents. She raised a beautiful family with Donald and I know he and the Lord have welcomed her home. Love, Meg

I am saddened to hear that Betty has passed. She was a wonderful woman to chat with when I first began researching my family history. She sat with me for hours on end and answered questions and offered photos of our family. I will never forget her hospitality and grace in keeping memories alive for future generations. She was a wonderful woman and will be missed.

Once again it was sad to see that another "neighbourhood parent" had passed away. I remember the fun times we had growing up in our neighborhood full of kids. Bette and I still talk about the time your mother went Trick or Treating with us to keep us safe! Now all the parents have gone on before us, but what wonderful memories we share.
Our thoughts and prayers to all of you,
Judy (Peecher) and Ray Davenport

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your loved one. Betty was one of my Red Hat sisters and made me feel so welcome to the group. We will certainly miss her.
