SHERI GIBSON

   Sheri Gibson, 49, of Quincy, died at 6:15 p.m. Saturday (June 14, 2014) in her home.

   Born November 12, 1964 in Quincy, Sheri was the daughter of Charles Goodwin and Barbara Schalk Wisniewski. She married William "Bill" Gibson on September 16, 2009 in Quincy. He survives.

   Sheri enjoyed spending time with husband and dogs Sukie and Buffy, raising Cockatoo's, American Indian arts and crafts, cooking, and supporting animal and children rights.

   Survivors include her children, Keli Gina Katherine Kuch-Wustrow and Jonathan Wustrow of Hamilton, IL, Synimin Blickhan and Michael Shoemaker of Springfield, IL, Michael David Kuch of Quincy, IL, and Banner Keith of Hanibal, MO; a step daughter, Tammy Steele ; eight grandchildren, Cordealya Wustrow, Karma Wustrow, Ambrosia Kuch-Wustrow, Parker Shoemaker, Trenton Shoemaker, Quinntin Kuch, Zander Kuch and Tierra Gibson; her step father, Andrew Wisniewski of Romulus, MI;  a grandmother, Katherine Koenig of Quincy, IL; a brother, Albert "A.J." Wisniewski of Quincy, IL; two sisters, Teri Specht of Rock Island, IL and Katherine Brown of Houston, TX; and several nieces and nephews.

   Sheri was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Wisniewski; and her grandfather, Albert Koenig.

   Funeral services will be held Friday morning (June 27, 2014) at 10:30 in the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home by Monsignor Michael Kuse. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery in Quincy.

   Visitation will be Thursday evening (June 26, 2014) from 4:00 to 7:00 and Friday morning until the time of services at the funeral home.

   Memorials may be made to the Quincy Humane Society or Quanada.

I was so sorry to here that sheri had passed may she rest in peace. Last time I saw her she was walking down 12th street she had to get to her dads house he was going to pass and I took her to his house. I am so sorry for your loss.

I'm so very sorry to hear this, what a pretty lady to leave us so soon, i met her in the mid 80's and had seen her several times over the years. Peace to your family at this tragic time.
