I always enjoyed visiting with Ray in his younger years, though Ray often times was not pleased with the message I had to deliver. He was an astute investor and I respected his ability. I lived only 3 blocks from the old E&B drug store as a kid, and remember Deters on one corner and Stroot hardware on the other with First Bankers Trust to come about later.

My condolences to Martha and the family and may the good Lord welcome him home..
