Loretta was a member of River of Life Church and an accomplished artist who loved to paint.  She and her husband enjoyed traveling and going square dancing together. Her passion in life was working with children and helping them anyway she could.  She often volunteered as a mentor for Quincy Schools and went on the church mission trip to Africa.  Loretta cherished spending time with her family, especially her two granddaughters and her six great grandsons.

Loretta was employed at Motorola until its closing.  She later worked as a sales clerk in the Children's Department at Sears until her retirement in 1975.

Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Tofall (Mark) of Quincy; two grandchildren, Heather Kay Nuttelman (Nathan) and Holly Lee Summers (Jake) both of Quincy; six great-grandchildren, Nolan Nuttelman, Zachary Nuttelman, Corbyn Nuttelman, Joshua Summers, Cooper Summers, Lincoln Summers; two sisters, Evelyn Schutte and Beverly Peters (Lowell) both of Quincy; and a brother-in-law, Jr. Fleer of Quincy.

Mrs. Eberhardt was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband Robert, a son; Jeffrey Alan Eberhardt; a sister, Emma Fleer; a brother, Raymond Berndanner; and a brother-in-law, Ernest Schutte.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday morning at 10:00 in the River of Life Family Church at 2901 Payson Road, with Pastor Gary Wallace officiating.  Visitation will be at the time of service. The Graveside service will be private.

Loretta and Bob were wonderful friends for many years, altho we didn't see each other often enough after we moved from our first home next door to them on Sycamore St. in 1958. What dear friends and wonderful people. They will both be greatly missed, Jeff and Bob will be waiting, along with her Lord and Saviour.

Mrs. Loretta was the brightest part of my day when I worked a North Adams Home. The smiles and hugs she would give made my day, especially when she would hug my son. She is so loved by many.
