Survivors include a son, Daniel Von Holt (Barb) of New Port Richey, FL; a daughter, Georgia Schults of Orland, CA; four grandchildren, Marty Schults (Tiffany) and Tierra Schults of both of Orland, CA, and Kiki Von Holt and Christine Von Holt both of Orlando, FL;  and a great grandson, Jack Schults of Orland, CA.

Mr. Von Holt was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Donald Von Holt; and a son-in-law, John Schults.

To the family of Jim Von Holt

We want to express our sympathy for the loss of your Father. I worked with Jim on many jobs, namely Quincy Heating and R.W. Cardella in Keokuk, IA. We rode together many times on the jobs out of town. I will always remember him as an excellent mechanic and over the years as a good friend. Rich & Alice Rakers
