We were friends of your parents back in Bridgeton, MO, at Glenview and Faith Baptist churches. A mutual friend sent me your mother's obituary. We remember her and your dad so fondly; we laughed a lot with them through the years, and both were so sweet. I should have kept in touch, but after Eileen moved, we just lost touch. What a blessing to have her all those years! I'm sure you will miss her greatly.

Dear Joy & Jeff,
We met your Mom & Dad while pastoring Glenview Baptist Church in Maryland Hts. Even in a short time, we loved them and even think of them now. That is how I found your mom's "promotion to glory" announcement! I was making her taco shells and checked for her current address on-line. I thank the Lord for this nudging.
We are sorry for your loss, which we as believers in Jesus are confident is only temporary. Praying for you at this time. Love, Mike & Colleen
