I want to express my sincere sympathies to Babs' family and friends. She had a smile and a laugh that will not be forgotten. I remember well how God graciously chose to gift her with added years of life -- what a great gift!! And she lived with great appreciation for that amazing gift. She was an awesome example of Psalm 104:33 "I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being." May our Great God use her example to remind us all of the gracious gift of life on earth. It ended for Babs here, but she will live forever in her new home in the presence of her Great God!!

Babs has been a friend for many years. We met at "the phone company". We became friends especially when we figured out that we were both born again believers in Jesus Christ. She's had a rough road here for many years. To think that she has gone to be with her Savior is an awful lot for me to comprehend right now, but the fact that she is free from suffering is such a glorious thought at the same time! I want to express my sincere sympathy to all of her family. It is a difficult time, but God's grace is and will be sufficient. Her brother, Jeff, would remember me as the "old lady" who went with the "old man" to deliver a meal to Babs after her kidney transplant several years ago. May God bless and keep each of you in His care.

My heart goes out to the friends and family. I only knew Babs a short time, but I fell in love with her spirit the moment I met her. The time I got to spend getting to know her will be forever in my heart. Thank you, Babs, for the joy you added to my life!

Oh the great times we had growing up as teens. I'm sure Babs and Debbie are in Heaven right now having a great time recalling those fun Gem City pizza nights that we had after church every Sunday. Oh we were indeed a blessed Generation.

I am deeply saddened to read of Babs death notice. She was a volunteer for Hospice for several years, and was a friend to all the employees. She loved to go to garage sales and would buy "stuff" that she thought the employees would need, especially those with children. She always put others first. A very kind woman. My sympathies to all.
