I want to offer my deepest sympathy to all who loved Arlene.  She meant the world to my mother, Emily O'Banion, who missed her greatly when they could no longer talk on the phone.  I have many fond memories of her when I was a young child.

Dear Marilyn, Ruth Ann, Bill and Katherine:
We are grateful  for the wonderful long life of your mother and sister, Arlene. It was always fun to go to our close relatives, the Reinebachs, east of Payson. There were. always athletic games to be played with the girls as good as the boys. It is unfortunate that athletics for girls in high school was so late in coming because Arlene would have been a star.
We hope your own important memories and God's Blessings will combine to bring you comfort as you continue to honor her life.

Dear Ruth Ann, Marilyn, & Bill- I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, but glad  "Aunt Arlene" is now at peace.  I have many fond memories of her and appreciate how nice she always was to me and our family.  I remember her and our mom Emily listening to Cardinals baseball on the radio with great focus.  "Arlie" was a key link to mom's Illinois life and she talked of her frequently.  It was a great loss when Arlie lost her ability to communicate.

She made a very nice life with JC, and we enjoyed visiting them.

My thoughts are with you...

Dear Ruth, Marilyn, Bill and Katherine,
My thoughts and sympathies are with you at this difficult time.  I have many wonderful memories of my aunt Arlene, and especially treasure the memories of how much she meant to my mother.  They were both sisters and best friends though out their long lives.  May your memories of here comfort you.
