Dear Armstrong family,

I have thought of Carl so many times, what a great guy. How many times I had trusted him with my dogs, I even had the old Dr. Lantis who was a neighbor too, whom Carl worked with. so Many good memories, a prince of a guy too.
Thanks for sharing him with us,

My best,
Paul K. Geers
St. Louis, Mo

So sorry for your loss my prayers are with the family,  my father Millard Armstrong spoke of Carl Jr. as a very successful man , also I enjoyed as a young person the visits of Uncle Carl and Aunt Roxie Armstrong from Illinois, at the family farm in Grayson County Kentucky.

Carl was a very friendly and personable good vet. Once he came to New Canton, Il where we had horses and we had a baby colt in our home. He did his best to save it.  Carl was greatly missed after his retirement.  One of a kind.  So sorry for the families loss.

Cousin Dale Carter gave me the information on Carl's passing. We are so sorry that we have lost another family member. I remember Carl coming down to see us when Mom (Opal)and Dad (John) were in Pekin.
