ANNA MAY RANKIN

Mrs. Anna May Rankin, 64, of the North Adams Home, formerly of 801 Maple, died at 9:04 p.m. Monday (November 21, 2005) in North Adams Home.

Born June 28, 1941 in Gary, Indiana, Anna was the daughter of Charles George and Betty Louise Garkie
DeVerger Sr.

Anna was a loving and caring person who devoted her life to her family.

Surviving is a daughter, Lisa Rankin of Quincy; a son, Rodney Rankin of Quincy; three grandchildren, Charlene Carroll, Quintin Ewing and Billy Althiede all of Quincy; three great grandchildren, Brittany Carroll, Anthony Carroll and Journey Drabing all of Quincy; and a brother, Charles "Chuck" DeVerger Jr. and his wife Linda of Quincy.

Mrs. Rankin was preceded in death by her parents; and two children in infancy, Tina Louise Rankin and Charles Dean Rankin.

Graveside services will be held Saturday afternoon at 1:00 in the Durham Cemetery in Durham, Missouri by the Rev. George Tomko.

Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 to 12:30 at the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home in Quincy.
