Ashlynn Jean Parkhill, 2 day old daughter of Brennan and Jeanna (Lord) Parkhill, died at 1:35 a.m. Monday (May 4, 2009) in the St. Louis Children's Hospital. Ashlynn was born at 8:30 a.m. on May 2, 2009 in Blessing Hospital in Quincy.

Survivors include, her parents, Brennan and Jeanna Parkhill of Barry; a sister, Whitney D. Parkhill of Barry; maternal grandparents, Joe and Pamm Lord of Plainville; paternal grandparents, Wes and Barb Parkhill of Barry; great-grandmother, Violet Ratajzik of Plainville; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private family graveside services will be held Thursday morning at Akers Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Wally Carlson officiating.

There is no visitation, but a gathering of friends and family for a luncheon and fellowship will be held at Melrose Chapel United Methodist Church at 12:00.

Memorials may be made to the Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit at the St. Louis Children's Hospital or to the National Kidney Foundation.
