BERNICE BRADSHAW

Mrs. Bernice Bradshaw, 86, of Sunset Home, formerly of 3102 Schildt Lane, died at 3:26 p.m. Thursday (April 28, 2005) in Sunset Home.

Born June 11, 1918 in Pike County, Illinois, Bernice was the daughter of Faye and Gladys Heck Harper. She married L. Herbert Bradshaw in March, 1947. He survives.

Bernice was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a loving person who devoted her life to her family.

Survivors include her husband, Herbert: two sons, David Bradshaw with Vicki Padavic of Quincy and Robert Sherfy and his wife Annette of Yuba City, CA; two daughters, Judy Graham and her husband Michael and Barbara Genenbacher and her husband Robert both of Quincy; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; a brother, Richard Harper and his wife Dorothy of Hannibal, MO.; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Bradshaw was preceded in death by her parents; two grandchildren; one brother; and two sisters.

Private family services will be held Monday afternoon at 1:30 in the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home by Pastor Brandt Van Hooser. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the American Stroke Association or the Blessing Foundation for Hospice.
