BETTY ANN SCHILD

Mrs. Betty A. Schild, 76, of Good Samaritan Home, formerly of 2422 S. 36th, died at 6:55 a.m. Tuesday (December 13, 2005) in the home.

Born October 21, 1929 in Quincy, Betty was the daughter of Edward and Mary M. Wand Junkerman. She married Robert William Schild on December 2, 1950 in Quincy. He died November 3, 2002.

Mrs. Schild was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.

She was employed as a secretary for Moorman Manufacturing for 26 years until her retirement.

Surviving two sons, Mark S. Schild and his wife Brenda K. of St. Charles, MO. and Robin T. Schild and his wife Viktoriya of Quincy; a daughter, Becky Kay Schild Headley and her husband Garrett of Lexington, KY.; five grandchildren, Tyler Schild and Devin Schild both of St. Charles, MO., Garrison Headley and Jordan Headley both of Lexington, KY. and Daniel Schild of Quincy; and one sister, Mary Scranton and her husband Marion "Bud" of Payson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Cremation rites were accorded to Mrs. Schild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity United Church of Christ, Alzheimer's Foundation, Multiple Sclerosis Society, or the charity of the donor's choice.
