ANNA DELORES ADAMS

Miss Anna Delores Adams, 72, of Maple Lawn Nursing Home, formerly of Quincy, died at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday (June 27, 2007) in the home.

Born October 15, 1934 in Leonard, MO., Delores was the daughter of Carl Adams and Anna M. McDowell Scranton.

Delores was a member of the Faith Christian Church. She was employed as a licensed practical nurse at Levering Hospital in Hannibal and then at Sunset Home and Good Samaritan Home in Quincy retiring in 1996.

Surviving is her sister, Carolyn Willett and her husband Elbert of Quincy; a niece, Kim Andersen and her husband Ron of Palmyra, MO.; a great nephew, Pfc. Bill Andersen and his wife Jodi of Palmyra, MO.; a great niece, Camra Begley and her husband Dale of Palmyra, MO.; and a great great nephew, Ethan Begley of Palmyra, MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her step father, Bliss Scranton, a step sister, Lillian Lee Scranton; and a nephew, David Willett.

Graveside services will be held Friday morning at 10:30 in Grandview Burial Park in Hannibal by Rev. Robert Axton.

There is no visitation, but friends are invited to attend the graveside services.

Memorials may be made to Maple Lawn Nursing Home.
