DIANA S. HASTINGS

Miss Diana S. Hastings, 52, of 119 Stadium Dr. Apt. 44, died at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday (July 10, 2007) in her home.

Born June 28, 1955 in Canton, Illinois, Diana was the daughter of James A. and Bonnie Rankin Hastings.

Diana enjoyed watching television, attending country western concerts, attending county fairs, and especially enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews.

She was employed at the Black Bull Taco House for several years retiring due to ill health.

Surviving is her mother, Bonnie Exline and her step father Bob Exline of Quincy; two sisters, Linda Hastings and Christina Schroder, both of Quincy; three brothers, David Hastings and his wife Judy, Kevin Hastings, and Randy Hastings and his wife Julie, all of Quincy; several aunts and uncles; and several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father; a sister, Kathy Hastings; a brother, Terry Hastings; a niece, Lori Hastings; her paternal grandparents, Walter and Edith Hastings; and her maternal grandparents, Francis and Violet Longcor Rankin Hardy.

Graveside services will be held Friday morning at 11:00 in Greenmount Cemetery by Rev. Tom Waters.

Visitation will be held Friday morning from 9:00 until 10:45 at the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the Diana Hastings Memorial Fund.
