DONNA FRESE

Mrs. Donna Frese, 65, of Naples, Florida, formerly of Quincy, died at 12:20 p.m. Sunday (October 7, 2007) in Naples, Florida.

Born October 14, 1941 near Mt. Sterling, Illinois, Donna was raised in the home of her mother and step father, Mary and Delbert Blair. She married Eddy Frese on January 28, 1968 in Quincy. He survives.

Donna enjoyed making and painting ceramics and loved to cook and listen to country music. She was employed as a waitress at the Naples Sailing and Yacht Club.

Survivors include her husband, Eddy; two sons, Steven Seckman and Lynn Seckman and his wife Fay all of Quincy; a daughter, Brenda Tatum and her husband Ron of Naples, FL.; six grandchildren, Cobi Seckman, Chase Seckman and Brandi Jo Seckman all of Quincy and Brandon Schew, Kevin Lee Frese Jr. and Austin Frese all of Naples, FL.; three brothers, Donald "Butch" Owens and his wife Janet of Galesburg, IL., Del Blair and his wife Nancy of Rockford, IL. and Michael Blair and his wife Angela of Germany; two sisters, Norma Anthony and her husband Joe of Plano, TX. and Mary Ann Jobe and her husband Jim of Rockford, IL.; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Frese was preceded in death by her mother and step father; and a son, Kevin Lee Frese.

Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 10:30 in the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home by the Rev. George Tomko. Burial will be in Quincy Memorial Park.

Visitation will be Saturday morning from 9:30 until the time of services at the funeral home.
