HAROLD ANDERSON

Mr. Harold Anderson, 77, of Clayton, died at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday (January 24, 2006) in his home.

Born November 28, 1928 in Clayton, Harold was the son of John I and Edith A. Schwartz Anderson.

Harold farmed all his life in the Liberty area. He was also employed as an operation engineer in the construction industry for several years.

Surviving are two daughters, Peggy Lepper of Dallas City, IL. and Joy Hastings of Quincy; three sons, Roy E. Anderson of Camp Point, Tex Anderson and his wife Teresa of Hopedale, IL. and Rex Anderson of Wisconsin; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, William and Raymond Anderson; and one sister, Mary.

Cremation rites were accorded to Mr. Anderson. No services are planned at this time.

Memorials may be made to the Harold Anderson Memorial Fund.
