JAMES K. SCRONCE

Mr. James K. "Jim" Scronce, 45, of 1328 South 7th, died at 4:32 p.m. Wednesday (July 19, 2006) in his home.

Born September 24, 1960 in St. Louis, Missouri, Jim was the son of Jerry R. and JoAnne K. Sambo Scronce.

Jim served his country in the U. S. Air Force from 1979 until 1985. He was an avid fisherman and Nascar fan.

Mr. Scronce was a driver for McNay Truck Company, retiring due to ill health.

Survivors include his companion and the love of his life, Nancy Sinclair; two sons, Kevin Scronce and his wife Robin of Payson and Jeremiah Cole and his wife Missy of Collinsville, IL; two daughters, Melissa Coffman and her husband Mike of Springfield, MO. and Jessica Yeager and her fiance' Earl Baker Jr. of Fairland, OK.; five grandchildren, Michael Coffman, Elizabeth Coffman, Allysa Cole, Breanne Yeager and Bethany Yeager; two brothers, Jeffrey Scronce and Douglas Scronce and his wife Kim both of St. Louis, MO.; and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Scronce was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Justin James Scronce; and his grandparents including his paternal grandmother, Sylvia Scronce.

Graveside services will be held Saturday morning at 9:00 in the New Cemetery in Payson by the Rev. Robert Morwell.

There is no visitation, but friends are invited to attend the graveside service. Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Memorials may be made to the Blessing Foundation for Hospice.
