JOHN CHARLES PEER

Mr. John C. Peer, 73, of Sycamore Health Care Centre, formerly of 527 Broadway and 1020 South 20th, died at 2:35 a.m. Tuesday (May 3, 2005) at the home.

Born August 30, 1931 in Quincy, John was the son of Noel T. and Mildred Nicloy Peer.

John was a member of Salem Evangelical United Church of Christ.

He was employed at Pepsi-Cola for 40 years until his retirement.

Mr. Peer was the last of his family.

Graveside services will be held Thursday morning at 10:00 in Greenmount Cemetery by the Rev. Wanda Seydel.

There will be no visitation, but friends are invited to the services.

The Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
