Jo had many projects during her 30 years of retirement. She enjoyed auctioning and reading and especially loved embroidering tea towels which she gave away. She out lived her husband by 63 years and lived alone for all that time with her dogs and birds. Her only son, Roger, lived close by and they lovingly spent the last 20 years together. She always said, "I was born poor, but I'll die rich." Rich in the way she was loved, and she made it.
