Graveside services with military rites for Lloyd L. Lynn will be at 12:00 p.m. Monday at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield.
There is no visitation, but friends are invited to attend the graveside services.
Mr. Lynn, 82, of Quincy, a Mason City native, died at 11:00 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2005 at the Illinois Veterans Home in Quincy.
He was retired from the military after a lifetime career in the U.S. Army serving in WWII, the Korean War and the Vietnam Era.
Mr. Lynn was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion of South Portland, Maine, The Disabled American Veterans, the Society of the 5th Division and was of the Protestant faith.
He was born the son of Raymond & Margaret Cross Lynn on November 14, 1922.
Survivors include an aunt, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters.
Memorials may be made to the American Legion Post #496 in Mason City, IL.
