LOUIS L. PECHER

     Mr. Louis L. Pecher, 80, of the Illinois Veterans Home, formerly of Canton, IL., died at 10:48 p.m. Monday (November 1, 2004) in the Illinois Veterans Home.

     Born May 3, 1924 in Oglesby, IL, Louis was the son of Joseph and Betty Clifton Pecher.

     Mr. Pecher was of the protestant faith. He was employed by Wal-Mart.

     Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Sherfy of El Paso, TX.; and two sons, Raymond Pecher and Bill Pecher of Godfrey, IL.

     Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 10:00 in the All Faiths Chapel at the Illinois Veterans Home by the Rev. John Adams. Burial with military honors will be in Sunset Cemetery in Quincy.
