
MARY F. HAGERTY
Mrs. Mary F. Hagerty, 91, of 2122 Rancho Blvd., died at 7:30 a.m. Thursday (April 28, 2005) in her home.
Born April 3, 1914 in Sturgeon, Missouri, Mary was the daughter of David Hayden and Naomi Alice Roberts. She was married to Lloyd Rawlings. She then married James Hagerty Jr. on September 4, 1965 in Quincy. He died March 12, 1999.
Mary was of the Baptist Faith. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening and cooking and cherished the time she spent with her family.
Survivors include six daughters, LeeAnn Hagerty of Quincy, Jackie Henagan and her husband Pat of Humble, TX., Joan Schulte and her husband Butch of Fowler, IL., Pat Merkel and her husband Bill of Indianapolis, IN., Cindy Whitehead of Camp Point, IL. and Julia Burrell of Cuero, TX.; a son, Dale Rawlings and his wife Carmen of Marshalltown, IA.; a sister, Irene Baldwin of Mesa, AZ.; many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Hagerty was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James; two daughters, Beverly J. Rawlings in infancy and Janet Cove; a grandson, William Rawlings; and two brothers, Roy Roberts and Ray Roberts.
Cremation rites have been accored to Mrs. Hagerty. Inurnment will be held Monday afternoon at 1:00 at the Mt. Horeb Cemetery in Sturgeon, MO.
Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Blessing Foundation for Hospice.
