

MILO KURT SIMPSON
Mr. Milo Kurt Simpson, 50, of 727 N. 553rd Ln., died at 1:12 a.m. Saturday (December 16, 2006) in his home.
Born April 2, 1956 in Quincy, Milo was the son of James W. and Yvonne Lepper Simpson. He married Susan K. Wright on May 24, 1987 in Fowler. She survives.
Mr. Simpson was a member of the National A.B.A.T.E. Motorcycle Club and the Illinois Old School Club of Adams County. He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed fishing, hunting and arrowhead hunting. He and his wife Sue enjoyed motorcycle riding in various poker runs and color runs.
Milo was a self employed roofer and concrete construction worker for over 35 years.
Also surviving are four sons, Jeremy S. Deeter and his wife Tisha of Quincy, Jeremy Kurt Simpson and his wife Terese Grayslake, IL., John Wright and his fiance Tina and Nick Wright and his fiance Sara, both of Quincy; two daughters, Ashley Wright and her fiance Chris and Renee Wright and her fiance Jeff, both of Quincy; ten grandchildren, Audrianna Deeter-Simpson of Quincy, twins Peter and Daniel Simpson of Grayslake, IL., Jeffrey DeLonjay III, Jaden DeLonjay, Abigale Clapp, Haley Clapp, Christopher Clapp Jr., Mikhaela Sue Wright and Johnathon Wright, all of Quincy; a brother, Ricky Simpson and his wife Carla of Kansas City, MO.; two sisters, Tamara Mae Jackson and her husband Robert of Quincy and Kim Commons of Bradenton, FL.; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Simpson was preceded in death by his father, James W. Simpson; his mother and step father, Yvonne and James Corrigan; and an uncle, Virgil Lepper.
Memorial services will be held Thursday morning at 10:00 in the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home by Rev. George Tomko. Inurnment will be in Quincy Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 3:00 until 6:00 at the funeral home.
