PATSY LOUISE KISER
Mrs. Patsy Louise Kiser, 73, of 722 Pine Ridge Dr., died at 12:07 a.m. Thursday (June 7, 2007) in Blessing Hospital.
Born August 31, 1933 in Hannibal, Missouri, Patsy was the daughter of Claire and Norene Marshall Lewis Sr. She married LeRoy Witthaus in 1951. She later married David S. Kiser on June 11, 1977 in Quincy. He survives.
Mrs. Kiser was a member of The Crossing. She was a 1951 graduate of Hannibal High School and enjoyed cooking, traveling, doing ceramics and cross stitching. Patsy cherished the time she spent with her family, especially with her grandchildren.
Also surviving are three daughters, Vicky Witthaus Anderson and her husband Butch of Hannibal, MO., Cindy Witthaus DeJaynes and her husband Terry of Lee's Summit, MO., and Laura Witthaus Kelly and her husband Mick of Evergreen Park, IL.; a step daughter, Terri Heinecke and her husband Ken of Quincy; a step son, David Eric Kiser and his wife Jolene of Quincy; thirteen grandchildren, Jason Janes and his wife Courtney of Hannibal, MO., Jill Janes of St. Louis, MO., Ryan Day, Erin Cosentino and her husband Jimmy and Michael Day, all of Lee's Summit, MO., Claire Kelly, Samantha Kelly, Jack Kelly and Meghan Kelly, all of Evergreen Park, IL., and Kate Kiser, Allison Kiser, Whitney Heinecke and Kodey Heinecke, all of Quincy; a great grandson, Jackson Janes of Hannibal, MO.; a sister, Helen Matson of Hannibal, MO.; a brother, Lawrence Lewis of Hannibal, MO.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a granddaughter, Jennifer Janes; a sister, Virginia Harris; and a brother, Claire Lewis Jr.
Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 10:00 in the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home by Rev. Jerry Harris. Burial will be in Grandview Burial Park in Hannibal, MO.
Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 4:00 until 7:00 at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Blessing Hospital Skilled Nursing Unit.
