Mr. Robert L. Kellogg, 83, of the Illinois Veterans Home, died at 6:25 p.m., Friday (May 12, 2006) in the home.

Cremation rites have been accorded to Mr. Kellogg. There will be no services. The Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
