RUBY M. COOK
     

     Mrs. Ruby M. Cook, 86, of 956 St. Charles Drive, died at 9:02 a.m. Thursday (April 6, 2006) in Blessing Hospital.
     

     Born May 15, 1919 in Mendon, Missouri, Ruby was the daughter of Charles and Pearl Rowbottom Tallcott. She married Leonard E. "Ed" Cook on August 12, 1939 in Camdenton, Missouri. He died August 12, 1990.
     

     Ruby was a member of Bible Baptist Church. She enjoyed being outdoors working in her yard and gardens.
     

     Ruby was employed in the research lab at Moorman Manufacturing for 18 years, retiring in 1981.
     

     Survivors include a daughter, Anita Wolfmeyer of Quincy; a son, Milton H. "Mike" Cook and his wife Leta of Quincy; a daughter in law, Jane Cook of Macon, MO.; twelve grandchildren, Tonya Everett and her husband Mike, Dale Poe and his wife Lori, Tammy Wright and her husband Jeff, Paul Cook Jr. and his wife Christine, Leeann Stark and her husband Terry, Christine Noyes and her husband Bill, Matthew Cook, Milton E. Cook, Troy Cook and his wife Dawn, Gregory Cook and his wife Sandy, Randy Wolfmeyer and his wife Gretchen and Jeffrey Wolfmeyer and his wife Heather; twenty seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; a sister, Esther Sharp of Hope, AR.; and several nieces and nephews.
     

     Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Paul Cook; a daughter, Barbara Poe; a son in law, Stanley Wolfmeyer; and two brothers, George Tallcott and Charles Tallcott.
     

     Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 11:00 in the Bible Baptist Church by the Rev. Sam Floge. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery.
     

     Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 3:00 to 6:00 in the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home and Monday from 10:00 until the time of services at Bible Baptist Church.
