
RUTH REINEBACH
Mrs. Ruth Reinebach, 98, of Good Samaritan Home, died at 7:29 a.m. Thursday (April 6, 2006) in the home.
Born July 16, 1907 in Quincy, Ruth was the daughter of Arthur G. and Johanna Samson Weisenburger. She married Otis E. Reinebach on October 14, 1930 in Fall Creek Township. He died February 24, 1976.
Ruth was a member of Luther Memorial Church. She enjoyed sewing, crafts and music. She especially enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Reinebach was employed as a seamstress in Quincy at Pierson's for several years. She and her husband later moved to Chicago where they owned and operated a home decorating business for several years. They returned back to Quincy in the early 1940's.
Surviving is a daughter in law, Mary Lou Reinebach of Quincy; two grandchildren, Mark Reinebach and his wife Vicky of Ewing, MO. and Marsh Phillips of Parker, CO.; three great grandchildren, Mark Reinebach and his wife Sarah of St. Louis, MO., Megan Leenerts and her husband James of Quincy and Daniel Phillips of Parker, CO., two step great grandchildren, Shane Bowen and Chasidy Bowen, both of Ewing, MO. and two great great grandchildren, Karly Leenerts of Quincy and Gracie Reinebach of St. Louis, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, William A. "Bill" Reinebach; an infant daughter, Ruth; two sisters, Helen Spickler and Mae Waterkotte; and a brother, Arthur Wesenburger.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2:00 at the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home by Rev. Leland Uden. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday afternoon from 1:00 until the time of services at the funeral home.
