
TRUDY F. DOLBEARE
Mrs. Trudy F. Dolbeare, 60, of 621 Monroe, died at 3:30 a.m. Saturday (May 19, 2007) in Blessing Hospital.
Born April 16, 1947 in Quincy, Trudy was the daughter of Lewis and Arlene N. Ault Berry. She married Douglas A. Dolbeare on January 12, 1966 in Quincy. He survives.
Trudy enjoyed oil painting, quilting, reading and canning. She was a wonderful homemaker and loved cooking and baking for her family. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who cherished the time she spent with her family.
Also surviving is her mother, Arlene Berry of Quincy; a daughter, Kristi Scott and her husband Roger of Quincy; a son, Brian Dolbeare and Tammy Baker of Quincy; four grandchildren, Caleb and Ethan Scott and Zane and Kendel Dolbeare, all of Quincy; a sister, Patricia Walton and her husband Ronald of Paloma; a brother, Michael Berry and his wife Barbara of Quincy; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father; a sister, Joyce Berry; and her mother in law, Louise Dolbeare.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 10:00 in the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home by Rev. Marlin Rempfer. Private family burial will be in Samuel Taylor Cemetery near Rockport, IL.
Visitation will be held Monday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 at the funeral home.
