Mrs. Constance C. "Connie" Dunlevy, 82, of the Illinois Veterans Home, died at 12:45 a.m. Monday (January 19, 2004) in Blessing Hospital.

Born May 28 1921 in Springfield, Connie was the daughter of Donald E. and Blanche M. Caldwell Collins.

Mrs. Dunlevy was of the Catholic Faith. She served her country in the U. S. Army and was a member of the Quincy American Legion Post #37.

Surviviors include a son, Terry Collins and his wife Margo of Springfield, IL.; two grandchildren, Brian Collins and D'Arlus Collins; a brother, Charles E. "Ed" Collins and his wife Sanda of Havana, IL.; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Dunlevy was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Don Collins; and a sister, Alice Hawks.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 8:30 in the All Faiths Chapel at the Illinois Veterans Home by the Rev. Richard Jeske. Burial with Military Honors will be in Sunset Cemetery at the Illinois Veterans Home.

Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 and Wednesday until the time of services at the All Faiths Chapel.

Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Memorials may be made to the Activity Fund of the Illinois Veterans Home.
