Belicia Alexia Elliott, infant daughter of Felicia Elliott and Ernest Reyes died at 8:20 a.m. Thursday (October 31, 2002) in Blessing Hospital. Belicia was born October 31, 2002 in Blessing Hospital. Surviving are her parents; her maternal grandmother, Beverly Elliott of Quincy; maternal great grandmother, Shirley Turnbaugh of Quincy; maternal great grandfather, John Elliott of Louisiana, MO.; paternal grandparents, Sylvia Reyes and Johnny Reyes both of California; an Aunt, Natasha Scott of Quincy; two Uncles, DeLaun Elliott and Kevin Scott II both of Quincy; and a cousin, Shannon Reyes of California. Belicia was preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents, Lester and Peggy Elliott and Raymond and Mary Baxter; two great Uncles, John Elliott Jr. and Chad Elliott; and a great great Uncle, Raymond Baxter Jr.; and a great great Aunt, Alice Tobias. Graveside services will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 in Quincy Memorial Park by the Rev. Orville Jones. There is no visitation, but friends are invited to the services. Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Belicia Elliott Memorial Fund.
