Mrs. Mabel B. Fisk, 84, of 1529 South 30th, died at 7:28 a.m. Saturday (March 20, 2004) in Blessing Hospital. Born February 1, 1920 in Schenectady, New York, Mabel was the daughter of Edward and Kitty Ellers Buhrmaster. She married Ronald Fisk on February 20, 1937 in New York. He survives. Mabel enjoyed playing Bridge, baking , going out to eat and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include a daughter, Jeanette Rardon and her husband David of Payson; a son, Jim E. Fisk of Indianapolis, IN.; seven grandchildren, Lindsey Lea Vosse of Quincy, Jasena Malee Rardon and Cheyanna Marie Rardon both of Payson and Kevin Fisk, Craig Fisk, Eric Fisk and Bryan Fisk all of Indianapolis, IN.; a brother, Harold Buhrmaster and his wife Norma of Schenectady, N. Y.; a sister, Ruth Coons of Tampa, FL.; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Fisk was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 1:00 in the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home by the Rev. George Tomko. Burial will be in Quincy Memorial Park. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 and Monday until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation or the American Heart Association. |
