Ms. Patricia A. Forquer, 65, of rural Liberty, died at 1:15 p.m. Thursday (January 29, 2004) in Blessing Hospital.

Born April 2, 1938 in San Diego, California, Pat was the daughter of William and Leora Selves Forquer.

Pat was a member of Central Baptist Church. She attended Quincy Public Schools and was a graduate of Gem City Business College. She enjoyed golf, bowling and ceramics.

Pat was employed as a secretary in the nursing department at the Illinois Veterans Home for many years. She retired in 2003.

Surviving is a lifelong companion, Denise Sass of Liberty; two daughters, Kimberly Hanlin and her husband Gerald of Bowling Green, MO. and Linda Lamoreau and her husband David II of Spring, TX.; four grandchildren, Jarrod Hanlin of Durham, MO., Dawn Anderson and her husband Shaun of Palmyra, MO., Vaughn Lamoreau III and Kurt Lamoreau both of Spring, TX.; two great grandchildren, Sheyenne Anderson of Palmyra, MO. and Gavin Lamoreau of Spring, TX.; and two sisters, Carol Snow of LaGrange, MO. and Leah Gurney of Ewing, MO.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 in the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home by the Rev. Roger Selves. Private Inurnment will be held at a later date.

Visitation will be held Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 until the time of services at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Quincy Humane Society.
