Mr. Bradley Goehl, 45, of 406 Gardner Park Drive, died at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday (April 21, 2004) near Lima, Illinois. Born December 27, 1958 in Quincy, Bradley was the son of Virgil E. and Mary E. McCormick Goehl. He married Donna Collins Vipond in September, 1987 in St. Peters Catholic Church in Quincy. She survives. Bradley attended Quincy High School. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #535 and was an avid horseman. Bradley was employed at Western Ready Mix as a batch manager and driver for the last ten years. Survivors include his wife, Donna; his parents; Virgil and Mary Goehl of Quincy; two daughters, Laura Goehl and Amanda Goehl both of Quincy; a step son, Jason Vipond of Quincy; two brothers, Michael Goehl and his wife Cynthia and Jimmy Goehl and his wife Brenda both of Quincy; three Uncles, Leroy Goehl of Canton, MO., Bill Goehl and his wife Helen of Donellson, IA. and Russell Goehl and his wife Wanneta of College Station, TX.; four nephews, Michael Goehl and his wife Julie, Brian Goehl, Jordan Goehl and Justin Tarr all of Quincy; four nieces, Melinda Goehl and Jessica Tarr both of Quincy, Kayle Ragar and Lacey Ragar both of Springfield, MO.; a step nephew, Ronald R. Kimbrell Jr. and his wife Jeri of Quincy; and three step nieces, Jennifer Baldwin of Quincy, Jessica Baldwin of Hannibal, MO. and Lori Sheffler and her husband Troy of Quincy. Mr. Goehl was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William and Eulalia Goehl; maternal grandfather, Carl E. McCormick Sr.; maternal grandmother, Laura Miller and her husband Harvey A. Miller; and an Uncle, Carl E. McCormick Jr. Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 10:30 in the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home by the Rev. Robert Jallas. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 4:00 to 7:00 and Monday until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Quincy Humane Society or Paw Pals. |
