| Miss Kristin Michelle "Krissy" Hendricks, 28, of 429 Kochs Lane, died at 1:12 p.m. Monday (August 6,
2001) in Sunset Home. Born January 21, 1973 in Biloxi, Mississippi, Krissy was the daughter of Michael A. and Karen Sue Huntley Hendricks. Krissy was attending John Wood Community College. She enjoyed collecting beanie babies, reading, country music and doing crafts. Krissy loved helping people providing services to other special people with challenges and she enjoyed receiving those services from others. She also loved her two dogs, Trouble and Mischief. Surviving is her father, Michael A. Hendricks (T. Sgt. USAF Ret.) of Quincy; a brother, Shawn Alan Hendricks and his wife Susan of Palm Bay, FL.; three nieces, Theresa, Chrystal and Lauren Layton all of Palm Bay, FL.; her paternal grandparents, Dale and Madeline Hendricks of Quincy; her maternal grandparents, Robert and Della Huntley of San Marcos, TX. ; and a large extended family who showed their love and support for Krissy. Krissy was preceded in death by her mother, Karen Sue Hendricks on January 6, 2001. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 1:00 in Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home by the Rev. Stephen Schuette and Chaplain Susan Bays. Interment will be in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Kristin Hendricks Memorial Fund. |
