Mr. Ronald A. Jensen, 68, of the Illinois Veterans Home, formerly of Chicago, died at 2:37 a.m. Thursday (September 19, 2002) in the home. Born January 8, 1934 in Chicago, Mr. Jensen was the son of Arthur and Ruth Jensen. He married Patricia Rigan on April 27, 1974 in Chicago. She survives. Mr. Jensen served his country in the U. S. Air Force in the Korean Conflict. He was employed as a business equipment repairman in Chicago for many years. Surviving is a daughter, Stacey Jensen of Romeoville, IL.; a son, Craig Jensen of Orland Park, IL.; a granddaughter, Brittany Cordero of Romeoville, IL.; and a sister, Marilyn Jensen. Mr. Jensen was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Robert Jensen. Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10:00 in the All Faiths Chapel at the Veterans Home by the Rev. James McCoy. Burial with military honors will be in Sunset Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 in the All Faiths Chapel.
