| Mrs. Kamilia A. Melching, 55, of Bradenton, Florida, died Wednesday (April 24, 2002) in Manatee Memorial Hospital
in Bradenton, Florida. Kamilia was born on June 26, 1946 in Alexandria, Egypt. She married William F. "Bill" Melching. He preceded her in death on August 1, 2001. Kamilia was a member of the Liberian Pepperbirds, former Firestone employees who served in Liberia. Surviving are two step daughters, Cynthia Davis and her husband James A. and Melody Clark and her husband Ron both of Quincy; two step sons, William P. Melching of Springfield, IL. and Gerald W. Melching and his wife Kris of Quincy; ten step grandchildren; and three step great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 10:00 in Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home by Pastor Bruce Willard. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday morning from 9:00 until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to ROBI, Regional Organ Bank of Illinois. |
