| Mrs. Tammie J. Parrish Wiemer, 42, of Ft. Myers, Florida, formerly of Quincy, died unexpectedly at 9:00 p.m. Sunday
(July 21, 2002) in the Fannin Regional Hospital in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Born July 23, 1959 in Quincy, Tammie was the daughter of Garry and Sharon Miller Parrish. She married Richard "Rick" Wiemer on August 27, 1983 in Quincy. He survives. Tammie was a loving and devoted wife and mother and was a Team Mom and served on the Board of Directors for Cypress Lake Hornet Football, a division of Pop Warner Football and served as President of the Cypress Lake High School Booster Club. Tammie was currently the District Sales Manager for Able Body Temporary Service in Ft. Myers. Also surviving is a son, Cyele Wiemer of Ft. Myers; her parents, Garry and Sharon Parrish of Liberty; her maternal grandfather, Charles Vernon Miller of Quincy; a brother, Eric Parrish of Ft. Morgan, CO; two sisters, Penny Holtschlag and her husband Joe of Liberty and Cindy Beswick and her husband Brad of Quincy; a brother in law, Tom Wiemer of Tuscon, AZ.; and several nieces and nephews. Tammie was preceded in death by a brother in infancy, Charles Lucas Parrish; her maternal grandmother, Phyllis Miller; and her paternal grandparents, Lloyd & Hazel Parrish. Friends may call Friday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 at Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home. Private family services will be held at a later date by the Rev. V. Lee Amsler. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Cyele Wiemer Educational Fund. |
