MARY KAY REAGAN
 

Mrs. Mary Kay Reagan, 58, of 3306 Westview Drive, died at 1:40 p.m.
Saturday (July 24, 2004) in her home.

Born March 13, 1946 in Merrill, Wisconsin, Mary was the eldest of three
children, the daughter of Edward and Hazel Ashbrenner Staats. She was
previously married to Luther Reagan.

Mary was a member of Madison Park Christian Church and the
Interdenominational Women's Bible Study Group. She enjoyed doing arts and
crafts and was interested in Antiques. Mary devoted her life to helping
others with her nursing background. She received her nursing degree from
Deaconess Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1967. She was instrumental in
founding the Madison Park Christian Church Nursing Ministry and was active
in the free blood pressure clinics at the church. She also had a love for
animals and had donated her time, many toys and other items to the Quincy
Humane Society to honor the memory of her son, Scott L. Reagan. Mary was an
upstanding member of the community and was as well respected as she was
loved.

Mary was currently a nurse for Dr. Harry Ruth and was previously
employed with the Quincy Medical Group Nurse Advice Center and the Adams
County Home Health Care.

Surviving is a son, Jason M. Reagan of Quincy; a brother, Michael E.
Staats of Waukesha, WI.; and a sister, Linda M. LaFrance and her husband
James of Adams, WI; and of course her beloved little kitty cat, Nikki.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Scott L. Reagan.

Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 in Madison Park
Christian Church by Pastor Keith Ehresman. Burial will be in Greenmount
Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday evening from 4:00 to 7:00 in the Zehender
Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home and Saturday morning from 10:00
until the time of services at Madison Park Christian Church.

Memorials may be made to Madison Park Christian Church or to the Quincy
Humane Society.
