| Mrs. Bonnie Jean Schutte, 71, of 2732 Wild Horse Estates, died at 5:00 p.m. Saturday (May 26, 2001) in Blessing
Hospital. Born May 18, 1930 in Quincy, Bonnie was the daughter of Wilfred B. and Eleanor P. Pryor Grawe. She married Russell A. Schutte on October 7, 1948 in Quincy. He survives. Mrs. Schutte was a member of Luther Memorial Church and enjoyed computers as a hobby. She was a homemaker and devoted caregiver to her handicapped daughter Sharon for many years. Also surviving is one daughter, Teresa M. Williamson of Columbus, IN.; one son, Alan Schutte and his wife Linda of Quincy; six grandchildren, Amanda Schutte, Colin Schutte, and Austin Schutte, all of Quincy, Keith Williamson of Terre Haute, IN., M. Adam Williamson of N.C., and Jeremy Williamson of Columbus, IN.; one sister, Shirley Hoener and her husband Edward of Gulfport, MS.; one sister in law Barbara Grawe of Kansas City, MO.; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Schutte was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Sharon K. Schutte; one son in infancy, Edward Schutte; and three brothers, Wilfred Grawe Jr., William Grawe, and David Grawe. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 11:00 in Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home by the Rev. Lee Uden. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 4:00 until 7:00 and Wednesday morning until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Blessing Hospice Foundation. |
