Mrs. Juanita A. Tournear, 61, of Kellerville, died at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday
(August 27, 2002) in the home of her daughter.
Born July 15, 1941 in Brown County, Juanita was the daughter of William
and Mary L. Bently Meado.
Juanita enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are two daughters, Patty Manton and her husband Greg of Kellerville
and Rebecca Tournear of Quincy; a son, David O. Tournear of New Baden,
IL.; four grandchildren, Andrew, Heath, Adam and Amanda Manton all of
Kellerville; three sisters, two brothers; and several nieces, nephews,
great nieces and great nephews; and two great friends, Jeffery and Paula
Lair of Quincy.
Mrs. Tournear was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, a brother;
a niece and a great nephew.
Cremation rites were accorded. Graveside memorial services will be held
Friday morning at 10:00 in Harwood Cemetery near Siloam Springs by the
Rev. George Tomko.
There will be no visitation, but friends are invited to the services.
Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Blessing Foundation for Hospice.
