| Mr. Clarence Walker, 77, of 2108 State Street, died at 1:25 a.m. Thursday (December 6, 2001) in his home. Born October 28, 1924 in Boaz, Illinois, Clarence was the son of James T. and Henrietta Guinn Walker. He married Arlene Anderson on June 12, 1948 in Davenport, IA. She survives. Mr. Walker was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Quincy. He served his country in the U. S. Army during WW II. Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 10:00 in Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home by the Rev. Rod Bakker. Burial will be in the Steffensville, Missouri Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Monday until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Transitisions for the Quincy School for the Handicapped. |
