Miss Wilma Wich, 88, of the Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Mt. Sterling, formerly of 2911 Spring in Quincy, died at 2:38 p.m. Monday (April 5, 2004) in the home. Born April 1, 1916 in Quincy, Wilma was the daughter of John and Martha Berblinger Wich. Wilma was employed at the International Shoe Factory and later at Sunset Home. Survivors include a brother, Ralph Wich of Peoria; and a sister, Bernice Heinze and her husband Scott of Quincy. Miss Wich was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Fred and Raymond Wich. Cremation rites were accorded to Miss Wich. Graveside Memorial services will be held Wednesday morning at 9:30 in Greenmount Cemetery by the Rev. George Tomko. There will be no visitation, but friends are invited to the services. Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. |
