CHARLOTTE J. PLENGE
Charlotte J. Plenge, 77, of Quincy, passed away at 11:30 a.m. Sunday (June 3, 2018) in Blessing Hospital.
Born September 13, 1940 in Quincy, Charlotte was the daughter of Irven and Maxine McPeak Goodwin. She married Darrell Plenge on March 7, 1975 in Quincy. He survives.
Charlotte was an avid bowler and a member of the Women's Bowling Association. She enjoyed trap shooting and going to the casino, especially her trips she took to Tunica and Las Vegas.
Charlotte had been employed at Motorola, E. L. Smith, Quintron and Harris. She was most recently employed as a care giver with Casita Catherine Assisted Living until her retirement.
Surviving is her husband, Darrell; her mother, Maxine Goodwin of Quincy; a brother, LeRoy A. Goodwin (Donna) of Quincy; two sisters, Jackie Beedle of Quincy and Robyn Johnson (Doug) of Quincy; two brothers in law, Bobby Plenge of Kahoka, MO and Gary Plenge (Patty) of Kahoka, MO; eleven nieces and nephews, Stephanie Agnew (Aaron), Shelby Jackson, Michelle Boualavong (Loune), Aaron Goodwin (Kim), Teri Silva (Anthony),Tracy Aguilar, Tammy Lambert, Marlena Mack (Curtis), Mike Plenge (Madonna), Garann Chapman (Dan) and Phillip Plenge (Ashley); and many great nieces and great nephews.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her father, Irven Goodwin; a sister in law, Linda Plenge; and a niece, Tina Louise Rose.
At the request of Charlotte, cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
Arrangements are in the care of Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home.
