CHRISTOPHER  WEIBLE

   Christopher Eugene Weible, 57, of Quincy, passed away at 3:26 a.m. Sunday (April 15, 2018) at home surrounded by his loving family.

    Born September 11, 1960 in White Hall, Illinois, Chris was the son of Cecil  and Donna Reese Weible.

    Chris was a heavy machine operator working road construction while living in Georgia.

   Chris enjoyed building model cars, watching T.V., especially wrestling, Nascar and his favorite show M*A*S*H. He also enjoyed listening to his favorite singer, Elvis Presley and playing with his dog Nikki.

   Chris was a wonderful father, son and friend. His greatest love was for his soulmate, Wendy, his children and his grandchildren. He will be remembered as a man with a loving heart that would do anything in his power to help others. He was an amazing man and will be truly missed. God has added another angel in Heaven.

   Surviving is his soulmate and companion, Wendy; his mother, Donna Wigger of Jerseyville, IL; his children, Mathew of Jonesboro, GA, Christopher of Stockbridge, GA, and Zachary, Nicholas, Jessica, Renee, Jennifer and Courtney all of Quincy; his grandchildren, Jenica, Carson and Madison; his sisters, Rose Rozzelle of Rome, GA and Cecilia Weible of Jerseyville, IL; his brothers, Charles Weible of Rolla, MO and Terry Wigger of Medora, IL; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Andrew Bowen of Quincy.

   Chris was preceded in death by his father, Cecil; and his paternal and maternal grandparents and great grandparents. 

   Cremation arrangements are in the care of the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home.

   The family will host a memorial service to celebrate the life of Chris Weible on Friday (April 20, 2018) 11:00 am in the First Christian Church, 1415 Maine Street with Pastor Keela Neuman officiating.

   Memorials may be made to help the family with funeral expensesin in the care of the First Christian Church .
