Donna Joann Mary Lupo Yantis, 54, of Quincy, died at 1:25p.m. Thursday (November 14, 2013) in Blessing Hospital.
Born January 8, 1959 in Brooklyn, New York, Donna was the daughter of Philip T. and Margaret E. Swinick Lupo.
Donna moved to Quincy in 1993 after being a waitress in New York for several years. She enjoyed reading, watching movies, playing games on her gameboy and going to Bingo. She loved animals, especially her pet cat "Tigger" and cherished the time she spent with her family.
Survivors include a son, Michael Yantis (Laura) of Quincy; a granddaughter, Abby Yantis of Quincy; four step grandchildren, Austin Carlton, Curtis Carlton, Tanner Carlton and Alexandria Carlton; two sisters, Susan Tannahill (Troy) and Mary Ueberlauer both of Quincy; a brother, Philip J. Lupo (Annette) of Cheyenne, WY; three nieces, Cynthia Romo, Margaret Royal (Donaven) and Katherine Ueberlauer; three nephews, Anthony Lupo, Christopher Romo and Stephan Ueberlauer; and many loving great nieces and great nephews including Kelton Lupo and Brielle Lupo.
Donna was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret E. Boehme and her father, Philip T. Lupo.
Cremation rites have been accorded to Donna. Private family services will be held at a later date.
The Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
