HELEN ANN AESCHLIMAN
Helen Ann Aeschliman, 66, of Durham, MO died at 5:40 p.m. Friday (December 6, 2013) in her home.
Born October 26, 1947 in Quincy, she was the daughter of Donald L. and Marian E. Dopheide Burmeier. She married Jerry Aeschliman Sr. in Quincy on May 26, 1973. He survives.
Helen was a member of the Philadelphia Baptist Church and served as an Awana leader. She was also a Marion Co. 4-H leader. Helen was an avid Kansas City Chiefs football fan and enjoyed feeding and watching the birds. She also enjoyed watching Nascar and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She was first employed at Paper Box for over 17 years and then as a cook for Marion Co. R-2 School District. After that she worked at Harris Corporation and later retired from Buckhorn Rubber in Hannibal.
Survivors include her husband Jerry Sr.; one daughter Mariann Fenton (Dwayne) of Indianapolis, IN; two sons Jerry Aeschliman Jr. (Tonya) of Taylor, MO and Gary Aeschliman of Durham, MO; three grandchildren Tucker Aeschliman and Noah Aeschliman both of Taylor, MO and Emily Fenton of Indianapolis, IN.
Mrs. Aeschliman was preceded in death by her parents and a cousin Bobby Klauser.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning 10:00 in the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Eakins officiating. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 4:00 until 7:00 and Wednesday morning until the time of services at the funeral home.
