Roger Fuller, 75, of Payson died at 2:00 a.m. Saturday (June 18, 2016) in Good Samaritan Home.
Born April 20, 1941 in Adams County, Roger was the son of George and Edna Seiz Fuller. He married Loretta Pindell on October 21, 1961 in Maywood, Missouri. She survives.
Roger was a member of the Plainville Baptist Church and was a 1959 graduate of Payson Seymour High School. He enjoyed attending Old Threshers Reunions, playing cards, ping pong, chess and loved eating homemade ice cream.
Mr. Fuller had worked as a carpenter and was also employed at Bueter's Bakery, Kalo Manufacturing and Moorman's Manufacturing. His passion in life was working on his farm in Payson.
Survivors include his wife, Loretta of Payson; two sons, Keith Fuller of Hull, IL and Daniel Fuller (Cindee) of Golden, IL; two daughters, Ruth Fuller of Quincy, IL and Janet Cameron of Hamilton, IL; eight grandchildren, Ashley Wright of Beckley, WV, Brittany Cameron of Warsaw, IL, Sarah Pasvogel (Brenan) Rock Island, IL, Valya Fuller of Boca Raton, FL, Brian Fuller of Brandon, FL, Katrina Leveling of Spring Lake, NC, Aaron Leveling of Quincy, IL and Nathan Cameron of Warsaw, IL; one sister, Geneva Perry of Payson; and five great grandchildren.
Mr. Fuller was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Clarence Fuller, Kenneth Fuller and Marvin Fuller; two sisters-in-law, Carolyn Fuller and Alvera Fuller; and a brother in-law, Donald Perry.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 10:30 in the Plainville Baptist Church with Pastor Mike McKenzie officiating. Burial will be in Payson New Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday evening from 4:00 until 7:00 in the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home in Payson.
